What is the difference between the Yōni.Fit Bladder Support® and a menstrual cup?
- The Yōni.Fit was created to prevent bladder leaks. Menstrual cups were created to collect menstrual flow.
- Menstrual cups sit directly on the cervix which produces a seal to prevent leaking of menstrual flow. Women with SUI that may have a weakened pelvic floor, so the Yōni.Fit was created to place gentle pressure on the internal wall, and functions differently in the following ways:
- The internal crosshatch inside of the Yōni.Fit produces the perfect amount of pressure on your internal wall to prevent bladder leaks.
- The tab of the Yōni.Fit aligns with the interior crosshatch. If you feel too much pressure, you can rotate the Yōni.Fit while inserted to ease the pressure. Menstrual cups do not offer this feature.
- You can still use your Yōni.Fit every day of the month, even during your flow. The Yōni.Fit is the only solution for women that serves this dual purpose!
